Some users may not receive reports in the expected Google Spreadsheet format. This can occur if a user initiated an export or downloaded chart data before creating their first Google Spreadsheet report. Work around: revoke access to OnSpend through https://security.google.com, log back in and resave a report in Google Spreadsheet format. This will reauthorize your account and correct the issue.
When configuring a billing export table through OnSpend, the new dataset and table must be created in the US region.
License alert thresholds must have a minimum value of 1. As a result, a decrease in licenses/seats for a subscription may result in an unexpected new threshold amount if the change in seats results in a threshold amount less than or equal to 0.
When unlinking accounts from an OnSpend profile, any budget or subscription alerts that reference the linked account will no longer be sent to the linked account address.
